Hi, I’m Dana.

I use neuroscience, spirituality, and psychology; translating these into concepts people can actually understand and live by. If you are neurodivergent, I’m not going to tell you your brain is magical, or that ADHD is a superpower. I’m going to help you understand how your brain budgets dopamine, how to determine what drives your dopamine production, and what to do when it’s depleted.

For years, I thrived in high-pressure roles: policymaking, analysis, finance — while quietly managing a nervous system that was under constant attack. It seemed like each year I was hit with another chronic illness diagnosis: chronic fatigue, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, Fibro, etc. etc. etc. I realised along the way that I had unhealed childhood trauma that needed to be addressed in order for me to thrive.

I moved out from an abusive home at age 14, and tried numerous times to go no contact. It wasn't until 2020, after much therapy and healing, that I was finally able to go no contact for good.

Now I use my voice as an advocate for ALL women who were made to feel little, accused of bad behaviour they did not do, and were gaslit into oblivion by the caregivers that were supposed to be their safety.

The bottom line is: I'm not here to hustle. I'm here to use my education, intuition and lived experience to notice patterns, problems, and possibilities within you and to guide you into a better place.

I help high-functioning women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s to speak their truth, to navigate their energy like the precious resource that it is, and to reclaim their self worth so that they finally learn how to advocate for themselves.
